PROTIS on her way to the Bay of Bengal
PROTIS Barge is on her way to Bangladesh for the Moheshkhali Floating LNG projects.
The PROTIS barge has been mobilized from Singapore to intervene in Bangladesh as part of the EPCI installation of 2 FSRU offshore terminals.
The expected site conditions are extremely restrictive:
- more than 5 knots of current
- no underwater visibility
- area inaccessible by land
- adverse soil conditions
- earthquake prone area
The reception of the first terminal is scheduled for April 30, 2018, the second will be delivered no later than February 2019.
